Returns and exchanges are only accepted in case of delivery of damaged product.

For return to be processed proof of damage should be shared on hello@thetularose.com within 7 business days of receiving the order. 

After the return is approved , you need to ship the product ( which should be unused and in same condition as received ) to the address shared over email .

Refund will be processed within 10 business days .

Dispatch – 7 business days  ( DOMESTIC)

Delivery  - 10 – 12 business days ( DOMESTIC)

If you fail to receive the order with in 20 business full refund will be issued .
